I was nervous about this one, but after getting through it I realize with proper pacing it’s not so bad. I know for a fact I can do better than this. The runs were a good time to think about what was going on and make game plans. I know I could have run faster and my pull-ups could have been way better. My hands are completely destroyed and because of it I couldn’t keep a solid grip. It was pretty awful. Next time I’ll do better and hopefully do it as prescribed.

Haha- sorry I was so hard on you, buddy!

Yesterday, I ate an entire apple, including the core and the little flower-looking-thing on the bottom. It didn’t have a stem, but I probably would have eaten that too.

It felt great. I’ve certainly felt better after eating an apple, and can’t remember feeling such a sense of accomplishment after eating anything else.

I’m super into it now. This is going to be my new thing, I think. Eating the whole apple. I’m telling you, it’s a great feeling.

Does anyone else eat the whole apple? What do you guys think?

Today I thought I came up with a really funny idea for a friends Halloween costume, got super excited about it, and drew him a diagram of how to make it.

I realized shortly after that I basically just wrote out instructions on how to make a super shitty ladies denim jumpsuit.

We’ll see how this one turns out. Either way, it’ll be a costume.
